Terminating a Tenancy.

Where the landlord has breached their tenancy agreement, the tenant must write to the landlord giving them reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. If it is not resolved, a tenant must send their landlord a Notice of Termination with the appropriate period of notice.

The tenant is only obliged to give a reason for ending a tenancy where the landlord has breached their responsibilities under the tenancy agreement.
