From the N11 take exit 21 and head north east along the R772 towards Arklow. Take the first turn right (signposted Clogga Strand). Cross the bridge over the railway line and the KISH Business Park. At the T junction turn left (signposted Clogga Strand). After about 100m there is a sharp bend to the right. The site is about 70m further along this road through an overgrown gate on your left, just past the FOR SALE sign. You are welcome to climb over the gate to examine the site (at your own risk).
