How do I raise a maintenance issue or other concerns regarding the apartment blocks?

If an issue arises and requires a maintenance repair or other resolution, the property owner should contact the property manager. If your property is managed by us, you can phone our offices at (01) 288 3688 in the case of an emergency. Otherwise, you can report the issue by filling out the form through our online portal on the website ckp.ie. 

Arising issues can include damaged lifts, problems with bin collections, water leaks, obstructions or issues with pests. We only attend to issues which are external from the unit that you occupy. Furthermore, if your property is not managed by us, you should contact your landlord or property manager.
