Shane put huge efforts into finding the right tenants and ensuring that the property was looked after both in repairing anything needed attention speedily and also inspecting to see that the property was being treated well. The rent was always paid on time. His collaboration gave us great peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Casey Kennedy and Shane O'Callaghan in particular, to anyone wishing to have a professional supportive experience in renting out a property.

Painting, mold on bathroom ceiling, holes made in the ceiling to fix leak that still have yet to be fixed. Told months ago this would be done and we are still waiting

Reporting is clear, queries are answered properly rather than deflected, and the financial information we receive is detailed enough for directors to actually work from - which is not something I would say of every agent in this sector.
