Dispute between Landlord and Tenant

We suggest that a landlord should resolve their dispute with the tenant among themselves before taking drastic action. However, if the issue remains unresolved or persists following a resolution, the Residential Tenancies Board offers a dispute resolution service on their website including mediation and adjudication services for use by the landlord and tenant.
