The Blue Book is generally a term used to reference the European Valuation Standards (EVS), the book is now in its 9th edition to be up to date with EVS 2020.
The blue book’s 9th edition seeks to strengthen European valuation by:
- Outlining the key concepts of market value
- Having a standard level of energy efficiency
- Clarification of the role of advanced statistical models in line with the new EBA Guidelines
