– Halls, landings, stairs, lifts,
– External access routes, footpaths, kerbs, boundary walls, landscaped areas
– External structure of the building including walls, roofs, building’s foundations,
– Any tanks, pipes, drains, central heating boilers and wires serving the entire building.
