The best way to have your say in the management of the property is to be appointed as a director at the company’s AGM. The decision to appoint a director of the OMC lies with the members with the process being easily undertaken. However, if you are not a director, all recommendations and suggestions by the members of the OMC remain welcome by the directors and will be given consideration in the decision making process.
