i. To register the tenancy with the Residential Tenancies Board.
ii. To ensure that the property meets certain minimum standards regarding the structure and safety of the property.
iii. To repair and maintain the interior and exterior of the property to the condition it was in prior to the tenancy.
iv. To cover the cost of all repairs to the property which are their responsibility to maintain or have been damaged due to normal wear and tear .
v. To keep a statement of all rents paid.
vi. To follow the required periods of notice and procedures when terminating a tenancy.
