Where a property is not being sold, such as family law, family transfer, pension or mortgage valuations, the typical cost is €150 to €250. For a drive-by valuation, it is up to €100.
Finally, for probate or fair deal valuations, in certain circumstances, a local agent (like ourselves) will do these on a complimentary basis to build goodwill in our community and assist families in challenging circumstances. Estate agent services are subject to VAT (currently 23%).
