What are my rights as a landlord?

A landlord has rights –

i. To set the price of their rent and receive it as agreed in the tenancy agreement.
ii. To carry out frequent inspections of the property, as necessary.
iii. To be notified of any repairs needed and to receive reasonable access to the property to carry out such repairs.
iv. To terminate the tenancy with reason.
v. To review the rent.
vi. To refer disputes to the RTB.
