The 3 Stages to Selling a House in Ireland

It takes a long time to sell a house because it involves the negotiation of the following three stages:
Stage 1. Preparation for sale
Stage 2. Finding a buyer
Stage 3. Conveyancing – the legal process of transferring ownership.

Selling your house with solar panels

Solar panels are a big plus when selling a house in Ireland. They improve the BER rating and reduce exposure to unpredictable fuel costs for the buyer.
Properties with a B3 or better BER rating qualify for a lower rate “green” mortgage, which can save buyers a lot of money every month on their mortgage payments.
